Beginning on Friday, May 26, 2017, Miami Parking Authority will implement a one-hour free-parking special program on Flagler Street in Downtown Miami in an effort to ameliorate the impact of construction on residents, merchants and visitors. The one-hour reprieve will expire at the end of construction and will apply only to customers who park on Flagler Street in the downtown Miami area and pay with PayByPhone.
