Excellent service, good views, great location, super clean rooms, big rooms, comfortable beds, garage parking, and location, location, location. This place is a winner and the owner is nice also!

Magnificent gardens, spectacular food, and breath taking views. You need at least a half day here to fully enjoy everything it has to offer!

Nothing but 5 star food. My wife and I had the 2 course option and shared a bottle of Chianti. The ambiance was very nice and the staff super friendly. But the food... This is the centerpiece of Gingerman. You will not be disappointed!

An absolutely stunning old cape dutch style boutique winery and events facility. The breakfast is perfect, looking upon the mountain ranges of Stellenbosch and a small pond where ducks play. The Cab Sav at this winery is truly a gem. The quality and robustness of California Napa Valley Cabs at a fraction of the price. Not to mention it is located in the golden triangle of wineries within the Stellenbosch region. Check in here for a wonderfully relaxing and quaint stay while touring the wineries of Stellenbosch.

Honestly, I would give this place a 3.5 if I could.... The food was good and atmosphere buzzing. My wife had the whole Bream fish, which was surprisingly good. I had the ribeye and prawn, which was cooked very well, mid-rare. I give it a 3.5 though because something was just lacking. The waiter was very nice and removed the bones from my wife's fish, however, the wine list was random and the chips were sub par. Overall a good experience and a 4 star rating. :)

Fantastic coffee and rustic atmosphere. I'm from the south (US), so I enjoyed that they had the likes of Duke Ellington, soulful funk/jazz, and Mo-town playing in the background. On top of all this, they absolutely know how to roast a bean. The house blend was complex, nutty, and creamy. (I always have my coffee black)
