116th goes through annual training exercise, with combat emphasis
BOISE — The Black Hawk helicopter hovered over the desert. The cyclone of blades created a dust storm upon landing. Tents were set up with cargo nets over the top, providing an oasis in the desert sun for men and women of the 116th Cavalry Brigade.

CANYON COUNTY -- Johnathan Cody Wills already had two outstanding felony warrants in Oregon when he was captured in Nampa Wednesday afternoon.
