Is there a link between toxic exposure and the rises in the infant mortality rate? In the 1990's when trump wanted to overload Harlem's sewer system I did a lot of research that resulted expose the link in the rise and fall of Harlem's infant mortality rate and events at the fifth sewer that surrounded it.

I was able to prove up to the congressional level of governance the proof of rising and falling of the infant mortality rates to events at the North River Sewer plant on the west side of Harlem, which basically closed in the Harlem valley with 5 open sewers. My research from 20 years ago is posted. The problem of environmental pollution has expanded beyond enviro-racism.
