For the price, it's pretty good. Indian version of Chipotle. Mango Fantango was good but thick like a smoothie.

Pros: You're in and out in no time. The line is always manageable. The food is delicious. Good price and the portions are satisfying. Tip: Eat half for lunch and save the rest for dinner or a food coma will ensue. You can thank me later. Cons: The food is often times luke warm but rarely hot. The overall experience regardless of the time of day is somewhat rushed. (Tip: Take a look at the online menu before you arrive.) The server shovels fixings into your bowl quicker than you can get out your request.(I always feel sorry for first timers) The manager who weirdly peers from the back and lurks around monitoring the portion control.

To echo other reviewers, Merzi is like Chipotle for Indian food. Which is to say, it's counter service in which you pick one base from a list of bases, then one protein from a list of proteins, then one sauce from a list of sauces, etc. I got one combo and my fiance got something entirely different; both were absolutely delicious. I wished the chunks of meat were bigger, but otherwise was so pleased. I'm eager to go back and try out more combos. I do hope that the music will be less... teen bop... though. As for what I ate specifically--the regular chicken on naan with medium sauce and medium chutney. It had some bite to it, but was not overly spicy. Even my fiance's dish with the full-on spicy choices was not that spicy. We each got a samosa, as well. It was okay. This was the least impressive part of the meal.

Excellent! Unique, fresh, tasty, and good price. I wish there was one in Massachusetts!

Unbelievably good, the sauces were great, ate a naan bowl with lamb and could barely finish it because it was so much. Nice location, trendy inside, i would eat here again. Expect to pay around 8-10 dollars for your meal, but well worth it.

Really, really good. I was looking for something different, tasty and not too expensive, and I found it. I'm only here for a few more days, but this might be my dinner stop for the rest of my trip!

Merzi is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. Merzi works like a Chiptole restaurant, but offers Indian instead of Mexican food. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and you'll walk away feeling fully satisfied.

Quick service, food was alright (I had the lamb) but the naan was disappointing
