Being the typical "Italian son", I loved my mother. We were very close and her leaving us on April 21 will be felt for a long time to come. She was not the 'perfect' mother, but I never asked for or wanted another. She's with my son and dad now (and her parents, too).

Another sad news story this evening as word got out that the great painter behind Star Wars (who, if you did not know; without his work, Star Wars would have NEVER been made! It was HIS PAINTINGS that 'sold' the film to the stuido!): Ralph McQuarrie has passed away... Although the image I used is not my "all time favorite" of his (I do love it anyway), it is one that showcased the power of his art!

Building my new computer... Intel i5-2500K on a Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard, 16GB DDR3 RAM, Gigabyte HD6870 Graphics card. Many thanks to my friend Steve G. for hooking me up with all of the hardware for far-far less than what it would have run me otherwise... It was also great to build a PC again! :)

If I could ask +Jeri Ryan one question related to "Body of Proof" it would be: "Do you get as frustrated as I do that they air the episodes out of order?" They number them for a reason, right? :)

A good friend of mine has to sell the one treasure she never thought she would have. here ORIGINAL "Sue Storm" (Invisible Woman) costume. What makes this special? It is signed by FF Artist Joe Sinnott (Video proof!) on the left hip, and there is also a Reed Richards sketch/signature by George Perez on the right-butt. :)

I love this costume, I loved Amber more each time she wore it... Please help if you can.
This womens Medium (short) one piece superhero zentai was created in 2007-2008. Its an original design, made in the US. Its heartbreaking to me

If I have to pay a 'premium' on my insurance so some old-fart-limp-dick politician can maintain his 'manhood' so he can bang his mistress, intern, or call-girl (or call-boy) - then it should not be a problem for that old-fart-limp-dick to add birth control protection to that mistress, intern or call-girl as well as every other woman in this country. FTRP!

This is somewhat of a duplicate review I left for their JEEP dealership, and when/if you read it, you'll know why... :) I went to four places to look for a replacement vehicle after my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee was totaled (rear-ended and pushed into another vehicle). I told each dealer I had a budget and unsure about my credit for a "large" loan... all but two had salesmen that wanted to sell me an attitude more than a vehicle... I was down to three vehicles, two of them were at Beyer (2016 Ford Fusion Titanium; awesome vehicle!! It honestly almost made me not mind no longer having a Jeep), the other was a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.... I've been a Jeep driver for over 20 Years, and this Jeep was a beauty. I talked to Ralpha (Ford salesmen) and Scott (Chrysler Sales Manager) and was told a price for each that was just perfect for me. The Jeep won out by a hair (mainly because of my loyalty to Jeep). I could not be happier - they went to bat for me, and got me into a great JEEP!! Thank you guys so much! P.S.: If Jeep's are not your thing, the FORD Fusion Titanium is beyond amazing! Try one yourself!!! Ask for Ralpha. :)

My wife and I went for dinner (2/17/2016) because the hotel staff and almost everyone at the SAP training facility said it was a fantastic place. Although the seating was not ideal, we were sat quickly - sadly, it went downhill from there. Our server was very pleasant at first, welcoming us to the restaurant and taking our initial drink order (my wife got a bar order drink and a seltzer, I was sticking to WATER WITH LEMON). When our server came back with the seltzer and water, we ordered our appetizer (Spinach and Cheese Dip). After a while my wife's drink order came and at that time I asked for one of their Smoothies, because they SOUNDED awesome, we also placed our dinner orders (my wife ordered their version of Beef Wellington, and I got their grilled catch of the day; salmon). In the meanwhile, a couple was seated AFTER US, two tables over from us received their appetizer, AND their smoothies... (I was still waiting for mine). When our appetizer arrived, my water was EMPTY, still had no smoothie, and our server told me she'd be right back with more water... ... ... We finished the appetizer, and she took the plate away, and once again said she'll be back to refill my water... Another server had a pitcher of water and was refilling several tables; not mine (I had the glass on the edge of the table so anyone can see it was empty... When our dinners arrived (there is a side-note to that, too) by a "runner" our server came back and filled my water glass; still no smoothie... As we were eating, our server checked on the table next to us TWICE but ignored us, with the water glass EMPTY again, she came back and told us that if we wanted the "freshly baked deserts, we should order them soon, because they take a half-hour to make, I'll check back with you." - mind you... she NEVER said anything when we sat down; (in Morton's, they tell you as soon as you sit - if you want the lava cake, order it now) we were almost done with our dinner and.. GUESS WHAT? She never checked back... Water glass empty, no smoothie, dinner done - I was pissed off to say the least. Meanwhile, the table RIGHT NEXT TO US she visited several times... Now, the fun stuff. The appetizer was quite good, but the main dishes were over-salted, but my grilled asparagus was dead on! My salmon was slightly overcooked. Now the "adventure" with the runner... I saw her walking past us 8 minutes before with the two plates, but I just assumed they were for another table. She 'visited' a table around us, but I could not hear anything. Then I saw her again, looking lost and could see the Wellington and I said "I think that's ours" - it was. The baked potato was lukewarm, and our food itself was cool... When it came to get the check, it was another disaster, but being truthful, I'll just say that if you're on business and need separate checks - our server can't understand a thing... And, they charge $3.00 for a seltzer... $3.00 for water with carbonation. Oh... She had to have the manager remove the smoothie I never got... I would not return to this place or visit any of their other locations - EVER. I gave our server the 15%, but I swear I wanted to leave a penny! I was raised better than that. :/

I've been coming here for years (from it's original location on Main Street, to it's current re-designed location off 23 South). Their coffee is fantastic, and their selection of deserts is perfect for an after-diner meeting place. This place is 'my second office' - since it's a fantastic location to meet up with co-workers or customers and have a great cup of coffee (or other beverage; their Hot Chocolate is second-to-none) and have the space to sit and talk without overbearing loud music playing. Parking can be a pain (welcome to Little Falls! It's a real problem in the town itself - not any of the business' fault), but well worth the trip if you're a fan of great coffee and equally relaxing atmosphere for drinking it. :)

First, you need to just walk around this place - the construction and overall look of this restaurant is just mind-blowing. From the natural wood features to the lighting - this place was done right. The only 'flaw' in their design is the sound - with all of the 'hard surfaces' the place can get very-very loud. However, there is also patio seating (if the weather is working in your favor); and that, too offers not only a well planned layout, but some pretty impressive views (considering it's just overlooking the Towaco train station and the small shops on Main Road). Overall, the restaurant is a bit lost in an identity; the atmosphere says "casual dining" but the staff (who are amazing) and 'vibe' you get (even from the menu) is very FINE DINING - but, again, I refer back to the excessive "noise" due to all of the hard surfaces. Then again, the most important thing about any restaurant is the food - and here this place impressed me completely... I read the menu prior to my dinner last night, and the tuna tartare (chopped Ahi Tuna, avocado mousse with a soy-lime vinaigrette served with won-ton chips) was a no doubter for me. My server; when offering to read the specials highly recommended it herself - it did not disappoint in overall flavor. If I could make two small changes to the dish, it would be for the chef to offer a low-sodium soy-lime vinaigrette to cut back on the strength of the soy, and for more uniform cuts in the Ahi Tuna. But, I'd get it again! For dinner I had the "Cowboy Steak"; I had to ask what the cut was for the steaks, which for me as a steak eater was unfamiliar. In general, a "cowboy" steak is traditionally a thick-cut bone-in rib eye; but a few places of late have been calling any "thick cut" steak a "Cowboy Steak" - to avoid getting a thick cut prime-rib (which I'm not a fan of, but was served in another place as a "Cowboy Steak"); I had to ask to be sure... Anyhoo... The best "Cowboy Steak" I've ever had was an insanely large piece of rib eye with a "tomahawk" butchering (clean bone, leading to a large cut of rib eye) served with a "steak butter" (butter, parsley, garlic); Rails Steakhouse was not that, but also not disappointing. The cut was a bit thinner than I would have liked, but it was served at the proper temperature (medium rare) and seasoned to perfection. It was tender and juicy throughout. It's served with an entire bulb of roasted garlic (that was creamy and delicious!), and the sauteed spinach and green bean sides were a welcome and worthwhile addition. I did not have dessert in the main dining room, I went upstairs to the lounge to listen to live music and enjoyed an incredible cup of coffee and their New York Cheesecake; my companion ordered the 10-Layer Chocolate Cake - both were to die for. Save room for these treasures! My only reason for the lack of the 5th star is a major issue for me. I drink water (with lemon) - LOTS OF IT. I make up for the lack of liquor on my check by starting my tipping to servers at any fine-dining place at 20% because the server is not adding a x-amount of drinks onto my bill. That brings me to the two (2) servers assigned to my table. I left my water glass (empty) at the servers side of the table and in all the time I was there, our water was refiled ONCE. My companion gave me her water (we laughed about the number of times the male server walked right past our table and ignored my empty glass (he refilled hers once, and ignored my empty glass), and how many times the table across from us (party of 6) were brought out a new bottle of wine (4) by our female server; who finally refilled my water at the end of our meal). This is sadly not something that is exclusive to Rails - most restaurant staff feel guests that do not order drinks (soda or liquor) are cheap and do not tip or are trying to keep the bill low... Nothing could be further from the truth for me! I cut soda over 10 years ago, and I never drink if I'm driving (not worth it). But, if that was the worst thing that happened, I'll survive and will absolutely return.

I don't give 5 stars for no reason, this place is amazing, and I've yet to have a bad meal, or bad service. In fact, I feel like a family member when I come in every time. I wrote this same review on their Facebook page, and copied it here - it's been a long time since I wrote my review on Facebook and have been back here many-many times (mainly with orders to-go) and the food is out of this world.

The first thing I will say is that their food is very good. The Sauce is wonderful and when I had their subs not too long ago, the Chicken Cutlet was flavorful and not the usual thin slab of cardboard from other places. Now let's talk about their drivers. Around our town there is one large Pizza place that has a fleet of reckless, insane, morons that speed, and tend to ignore traffic rules (like stop signs, and yield to pedestrians, for example). Danny's drivers are respectful on the roads, and professional/courteous upon delivery. I'm glad we found them - in fact I'm calling them now to order a pie - you should too.
