Pre-visualizing a shot is not something that comes easy to everyone, but it's an art can be learned. +Sharon Tenenbaum takes you along while she photographs the Sundial Bridge in Redding, California, and explains step by step how she composes a series of three different images, each showing a different aspect of the bridge: http://www.visionexplorers.com/articles/seeing-lines-pre-visualizing-your-shot

Soon we will be heading to New York City once again for our signature fine art architectural photography workshop. A good moment to take a look back at last year. +Richard Terpolilli wrote a great blog post about his experience of the workshop:

We are excited to announce that we have 2 more places left for our signature fine art architecture workshop in May in New York City.

To create a more personal and individualized learning experience, we’ve added an optional 4th day to our regular 3-day workshop, for a smaller group of people to accommodate the different needs of different people 1-on-1 with Joel, Sharon and Armand.

Registration is available through our website:
http://visionexplorers.com/new-york-2015

We look forward to meeting you, photograph and talk with you in person in exciting New York.

VISION issue #13 is out and this month we have something special lined up for you. This issue features the amazing work of wildlife photographer Jasper Doest, whose work can be spotted on a regular basis in National Geographic Magazine, among others. Once you read about Jasper's philosophy and how he approaches his subjects (literally), you'll get a better understanding for why his work looks so unique, and different from most wildlife photographers.

Just in case you're not already subscribed, you can get the latest issue here: http://visionexplorers.com/magazine
