Everything that was done was done to the highest quality. The people there were thoughtful, they anticipated problems, they solved problems. Our kitchen remodel did not go perfectly -- there were some issues with the flooring materials and with the faucet that was ordered -- but it cost us time, not money. Designer Troy Pavelka was exceptionally attentive -- a call did not go unanswered. And his design solved problems in a solid way -- it looked good, it worked, and it was in keeping with our more than 100-year-old home. Supervisor Chris Beck was similarly on the ball. We are exceptionally satisfied with the final result. And we would use them again -- even though they are not cheap. But you got what you paid for.
