Restaurant was not busy, maybe half full. We were seated and got our drinks. Ordered an appetizer and two meals. After a wait another waitress brought us our meals. We asked where our app was and she told us it must have been the one that had been waiting. She offered to take back our meals and keep them warm. We said no thank you and in a few minutes our waitress brought us our app. The baked brie was barely warm, not baked. The crab cake on my meal was cold. Our waitress did not visit our table throughout the entire meal and we had to flag her down to get the check and a box. UPDATE: Manager contacted us and apologized. She gave us a gift certificate and we wnt back and had a nice dining experience. Had a different waitress of course.

Brought in a 22 year old Fossil watch that my grandmother had given me. The Fossil Store told me that they were not sure if they could repair it because of the age. Watch Repair fixed it while I waited. Runs perfectly. Employees were very friendly and they have a beautiful store.

Very rude. I placed an order online and after I finished the order I was given an estimate of 50 minutes. This would not fit my schedule so I called up the store to cancel so they would not wasted time and food. The person I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. I called back and spoke to the manager on duty, Courtney. She was just as rude as her employee. Called the customer service number. They did nothing but offer me a free pizza.

Bought a used PS3 remote. Got home and found it did not work. Drove all the way back to exchange it. Got another remote off the peg but it was more expensive. Clerk told me someone must have checked mine in wrong. I said "So I had to drive all the way back here and I have to pay more?" All she could say was sorry. Manager standing right there checking in an order had nothing to say. Glad the second one worked because I don't plan to bother with them anymore. Amazon all the way.
