Executive Chef Harold Villarosa's career is the definition of perseverance. Villarosa, who began his kitchen industry experience at McDonald's, now counts globally renowned restaurants including Noma as part of his resume. However, the executive chef of Manhattan's Maison Pickle is offering up more than tasty dishes, as his program The Insurgo Project help teaches kids the basics of working in a restaurant setting.
