It is not just the NRA or rightwing politicians to blame. Dont you think this father of the child who died KNOWS an individual is who put the gun to hi s child?? Of course he does! But in his passion and love for his late son he is trying to get to the deeper level here, the subtext which gave a psychopath ass like Rodger access to weapons. If it were your child who died would you not do the exact same?? Stop future crimes of insanity by overlooking an egotistical thrill-seeking need to hold firepower that many Americans have? You cant even call me an" anti-gun nut " as ive read it said here-
i live in Texas and have friends who own guns and though we disagree they are still good people. still, i would not put it past one of their children to reach for the weapons in a time of desperation. Human nature is weakness just as much as it is strength, but that weakness--contrary to popular belief- cannot be ameliorated by ownership of a weapon! "Fighting a war in the name of peace is like f*cking in the name of chastity"---it just doesnt follow logically. Doesnt this make just a liiiiittle more sense than "we want our guns and our rights to guns and mentally unstable people's rights to guns because this is America and our founding fathers said so!"?? It does to me. He may be heated at the time of this video, and though i do find the individual shooter to be responsible, to ignore the implications and impact of policy and lobbyists in such a matter is pure folly and willful ignorance.
