We're helping to spread the word! The Santa Clara County Dental Society is co-sponsoring a campaign with FIRST 5 Santa Clara County called the "Potter the Otter Pledge to Drink Water Contest". Families can sign the pledge to only serve their children water. The pledge is online at www.potterloveswater.com and when they do, they'll be entered in to win great prizes including an iPad 2!

So take a look! It's a great way to educate parents and kids about the importance of avoiding sugary juices and sodas!

It's Hump Day! How is your week going? Here is a bit of midweek trivia for you!

The Statue of Liberty's mouth is 3 feet wide...Back in the Dark Ages, the remedy for a toothache was to boil earthworms in oil and use the oil as ear drops...In the Middle Ages, people thought that dogs' teeth boiled in water made a good mouth rinse to combat tooth decay.

We are accepting new patients! The highest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their friends and family to our practice. Thank you!

Most of our patients have had or need to have their wisdom teeth extracted. Wouldn't it be easier if dentists could prevent the wisdom teeth from forming in the first place?
