Everyone is great and the food is good, the GM that was there by the name of Bill Asshat or somthing like that is a complete ass, did not let us back in after a smoke brake at 10:55 said it was a policy and we still have not paid for the food. Well we got back in and i want to to make sure he does not have a job again, we are regular customers and no one should be treated this way.

We waited for over 45 minutes for a table for 2 and then a family of 3 came in and decided not to wait because of how long it would take to be seated. This family left and the manager followed them and brought them back on and sat them!!! I went up to ask why that family got seated and the only reply I got was "that's my manager whatever she does I don't question her". After that we left and won't be going back. This was the first time we have even attempted to go. I'm sure the food is good but that manager ruined our experience!

The #1 reason we go to Bj's is because we know we can count on them to be great every time. Great food, great service, great price... So we were very surprised at a recent visit when our experience was a real let down. I took the time to fill out a survey to let them know about it. I was so impressed when the GM, Drew, emailed me to address the shortcomings. He invited us back where we were met by another manager, Allouri, who really went above and beyond to make sure our visit was up to par. The fact that they took the time to personally address the issues is why we will continue to come back. If you have a less than great experience, I highly recommend you give them another go. It is truly the ONLY reason I go to the Tri-County mall at all. Try the pizza, and the corn fritters. But honestly, I've never had a bad dish there.

12/05/2012 Noon Lunch with a friend. Beautiful interior upon entering from the mall. Waitress summonsed to seat us was very nice and informative. The table waitress was helpful as well and checked on us frequently. We both ordered soup and salad at $7.95 ; Cesar salad and clam chowder. Salads arrived quickly but both were lacking Cesar dressing... disappointing. If there was a hint of dressing, we were both unable to detect it anywhere on the romaine lettuce. If not for the sprinkles of parmesan cheese, it would have been a completely flavorless salad. While a request to bring side dressing or new salads was acted upon immediately, a kitchen staffer delivered salad replacements with no dressing. If I go back, I will avoid their salads or ask for salad dressing on the side when ordering. The clam chowder, however, was very good and warranted my overall food rating of Good (Soup very good, salad poor).

Food was ok. Service was questionable. My order was wrong so they did take it back and re-make it. Then when the, bill came I was charged an extra burger which would not have been discovered if we hadn't looked over the bill. Beautiful ambiance, service issues today.

I love the restaurant at all the other locations i have been. My sister goes to school down there so we have gone for food a couple times. The service at this one is slow as could be. The food has been cold. The have lost our call ahead seating. I might try it again cause again the chain i love.

love this place. menu was huge. No way you can't find something you would enjoy. Had a gluten free dessert, which will always make me love anyplace, and the scallops were great. If im in town I will be back!!

I have been going to this restaurant a few times a year since it opened. At first it was great but now the service has gone down hill. Out of my last 8 visits, only 1 has been good. The service staff has been inattentive, rude, and slow. When the food comes out, it's usually good. If you are not in a hurry, enjoy the food.
