Comcast is hands down the worst service provider that exists on the planet. I called because one of the cable boxes in our house didn't work. The technician that was sent out said the ticket was for an installation. Despite having a working box on his truck he couldn't do the job because that was for the repair dept and he only installed. Then he said: Don't worry we'll send a technician out. But no one ever came. Five days later I called Comcast and they said I wasn't home to answer the call. Now I have to drive to Chamblee to pick up my own damn box. And when you call to complain you'll get some yawning yahoo on the other end of the phone that doesn't give a donut about how inconvenienced you were over not having cable over Labor Day weekend. And this isn't the first time -- it's about the 5th time I've experienced the no customer service department -- same problem -- tech comes out -- the ticket is wrong - and he leaves without fixing anything. Then they drop the ball. And no one cares unless you are buying new service. They also know they are the only cable provider for many people. And without competition that basically act like a North Korean dictator. So there -- Comcast sucks!
