Dr. Jay Kulkin, Founder of WIFH in Atlanta, is an internationally recognized laser expert and is often invited to teach continuing medical education seminars in the U.S. and other countries.
Introduction
Dr. Jay Kulkin of WIFH in Atlanta is a Board Certified Gynecologist and is often quoted in the media and featured on a number of TV networks including CNN and CBS Atlanta on laser issues. 

Dr. Kulkin was recently featured on CNN in a story by Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Chief Medical Correspondent.  

The Georgia Medical Board has had Dr. Kulkin do peer review work for them as well in an effort to assure quality care is provided in Georgia. 

As one of the countries experts in laser hair removal technique he is invited to lecture in an ever growing list of cities including Boston, Washington, DC, New York, Memphis, Nashville, St. Louis, Montreal, Los Angeles and Toronto. 

Dr. Kulkin is a Fellow (the highest distinction achievable) of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and is the former Executive Director of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia Women's Health Program, which he was instrumental in creating. 

Dr. Kulkin is committed to bringing the latest advances in laser research to his patients.
