I love the Mt View hotel. I lived in Calistoga for10 years back in the day. I come back to visit my sister who lives there, and we stay at the Mt View every time. It is an absolute treat. From the front desk staff, to the wonderful rooms, pool and spa. everything is top notch. It is the best place in Calistoga to stay. Convenient to everything. Also, try Jole if you want a real food treat. Pricey but well worth it. The food and wine pairing are not to be missed.Located within the hotel. They even have a hydration station.! Awesome place. If you want a relaxing get away, this is it. You walk away saying ahhhhhhhhh. Vicki Hiltz

i loved the mount view hotel and spa. they have different packages for everyone. we just stayed two nights and got the third night free! their spa is beautiful and relaxing. the pool courtyard is my favorite place. the garden is beautiful. we had dinner at their restaurant and enjoyed the food and the wine very much. i will definitely be coming back.

the hotel is quaint, cozy and well maintained. the bar vino attached to the hotel has a great selection of wine. i highly recommend the chalic syrah, which is a production from the owner of the bar. the spa was classy and rejuvenating. i love the variety of bath scents offered and the sample bottles avail be for smelling before is a great idea. my only problem with the place was the noise outside. i've stayed there twice and my second experience was rather noisy. the morning garbage truck in the alley outside our window and the dog barking woke me up much earlier than i prefer on my vac

cute, charming inn. great service, love the bathroom tiles but the room decor can be a bit dated.

the service and rooms pale in comparison to the price of this spa. building is old, rooms are small, beds are comfortable. spa facilities are excellent, pool is clean, shade/sun. front desk service was disappointing - young staffers do not seem to understand the difference between sophistication and rudeness/cluelessness. overall, one of the better spas in calistoga but most are run out of motels. this is a step up.

eclectic mix of rooms, charming decor, wonderfully relaxing spa. great central location for exploring calistoga. restaurant was changing hands during our visit- so no feedback to share.
