I bought a groupon for One haircut, style and conditioning for $79 and can't use it because i had made an appointment but had to cancel 4 hours before because I had family emergency. They told me that it required 24 hours to cancel which is not stated anywhere in the groupon itself. Also had problem with them before when they did not let me use the amount I paid for and groupon had expired.

Ruined my hair. I bought a groupon to get some highlights. I have medium to dark brown, curly thick hair. When I presented a picture of the color I wanted, I was not asked one question to verify/clarify what I wanted. She quickly started on my hair and that was that. Didn't talk to me the ENTIRE time. I came back in the next day so that I could get it redone as it didn't turn out how I originally wanted/looked nothing like my refrence picture. She told me I would probably need to pay for it. Re did the highlights and it STILL didn't look like I wanted it to. Burned my forehead with the blow dryer several times. And on top of it all, my layers are very choppy and uneven. I will NEVER go back here again.

about the only thing they have going for them is the atmosphere. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment. The stylist rushed through my hair, didn't really take the time to care about my experience, she seemed more interested in just getting the cut done. They charged $47 for the cut that took 15 minutes, more then any other stylist has ever charged for my simple cut. Never spoke a word to me during the cut, that was a first. Just moved to Nashville, and I will never go back again.

Blair is absolutely amazing at what he does, I got in on time and he walked me through the entire process of what to expect with a Jeratin treatment. Great place!!!!

October 2011...Terrible experience!!! I purchased a Brazilian Blowout & when I made the appointment I specifically asked if I could get my hair colored a week after the treatment, the receptionist put me on hold, came back & said yes so I made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment with Adam he told me I couldn't get highlights for 2 weeks which wasn't going to work because we were going on an anniversary trip. He offered to do my highlights which became the biggest mess I've ever experienced with my hair that it is still recovering from!! He turned my hair orange (normally it is soft blonde) & I was there for 8 hours trying to correct it which damaged my hair greatly. I went back 2 days later for them to try correct it and it was slightly better but nowhere near where it was. Then they told me when I came back for the Keratin that it would help correct and soften my hair, well not at all!!! It was so heavy on my hair it wouldn't even curl!!! They knew how unhappy I was and offered no refund.

RUDE, MISLEADING, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!! I purchased a groupon for this place for a brazilian blowout. The groupon explicitly stated it was for a brazilian blowout, nothing else. Now I call the place, and I find out they no longer offer this service, and they were trying to push a keratin treatment on me. If that wasn't bad enough, the person on the phone was beyond condescending and treated me like I'm some sort of idiot for even asking, offered no refund and wasn't the least bit apologetic, acting like I was the one out of line for asking for something that I had paid for. A responsible, customer oriented business would offer a refund and try to be reconciliatory, not berate and belittle its customers.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I waited for over an hour. The stylist, Adam, did not speak a word to me. It took over 3 hours and was the worst cut/color I've ever received. You will not get what you pay for. Such a disappointment from a salon that looks so nice from the outside.
