The superintendent of a local apartment complex noticed water on the floor of the boiler room. Knowing that having no hot water would have a negative impact on the residents he made an emergency service call to Charles Krull & Son, Inc. Our team quickly responded and diagnosed the issue. We replaced a 3" ball valve that was not working properly and also replaced a section of 3" water pipe. Tragedy averted!
