Boisterous haunt at the Palazzo offering flavors from Japan, Brazil & Peru in a clublike setting.- Google
"Both were lightly salted, not greasy, flavorful and tasty."
"Long wait, over priced food, portion for ants and bad service."

We came here for late dinner. It was great from the moment we came in and the staff was very accommodating and provides amazing service! The ambiance is trendy inside! Our group ordered the ramen, shrimp and vegetable tempura to be shared. Both were lightly salted, not greasy, flavorful and tasty. We both decided to go back!

Got seated quickly and then waited for 10 mins until our server showed up. Another 10 mins for our beverage came. Another 10 mins our order was taken. Another 25 mins until our food came. Asked for our bill, that came within a min. LOL. Food overpriced and not impressive at all. To be fair, I was looking for more of a Japanese restaurant so perhaps that's why. If you are looking for Japanese food, I am sure you could find better places with much more reasonable price. Our server was nice so we left tips still; but the wait was not acceptable especially with such pricing of the food. I'd be okay with the price (it's vacation right?) if the service was good. Nope, you have better choice for sure :)

Really delicious and the service was amazing. We told them the price per person we wanted to spend, and they chose the dishes for us. It was fantastic.

There are SO many places to eat in Las Vegas and lots of hidden gems and sushi samaba is that GEM. We had so many different types of food it was incredible. I recommend the Taquittos which were just outstanding and the seabass skewers. I dont really eat cooked fish i just dont care for the taste but this didnt taste like anything i have ever had. The staff was super nice and helpful, but it seems really chaotic and the place wasn't THAT busy. Either way they gave us a free roll for the mistake, figured it was the one thing we didnt like! The sashimi and spicy tuna hand roll were amazing! We also had the ribeye steak with veggie mushroom goodness pot which was incredible! I would recommend everyone coming to vegas to eat here. I can't wait to try to place back east to see if its the same. Thanks Sushi Samba for everything!

Great service and food. Very pricey for what you get. The descriptions of everything are a little too much for me. Has some Sushi but not that much. They never leave a dirty plate in front of you. Only go back for special occasions.

Sea Bass is amazing! Really enjoyed salmon and eel nigiri. Great service as well, but expensive

Good sushi and sashimi but pretty expensive. There is a large selection of other food beside sushi like ramen and if you have the money try the A5 Wagyu.
