Conveniently located in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Palazzo, SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas was designed by ICRAVE, an award-winning design firm with deep roots in the hospitality industry. Guests are greeted by an architectural glass façade inspired by Mondrian in its linearity, color, and sharp edges. Dramatic 16-foot ceilings create a soaring atrium that houses the main restaurant space: a vibrant, Carnaval inspired environment that mirrors the energy of the Las Vegas Strip beyond its doors. The area is anchored by an oversized art installation, a three-dimensional illustration through space of swirling “ribbons” that explode from the center of the room and wrap their way around eating spaces, winding around the sushi bar and lounge, and evoking a feeling of movement and dynamism. Artful projections move continuously throughout the space on scrims and walls, with visuals featuring the colors, flavors, and cultures of Japan, Brazil, and Peru.

Great service and food. Very pricey for what you get. The descriptions of everything are a little too much for me. Has some Sushi but not that much. They never leave a dirty plate in front of you. Only go back for special occasions.

Really delicious and the service was amazing. We told them the price per person we wanted to spend, and they chose the dishes for us. It was fantastic.

The servers say they don't eat the sushi there so.... What I order was edible but overpriced like everything in Vegas. I have had way better sushi and more menu options in Grand Rapids MI! If in Michigan check out Sushi Yama, XO's, Sushi Kuni, ect.

I don't think I have ever given 5 stars. This place deserves it! First, the staff is stellar. I wish I would have gotten the name of our server, but we did get the name of the manager who walked around making sure you were satisfied - Jeremy. I can't say enough about the wait staff and this guy, Jeremy. They care! They really care about what they are doing - or at least that is what they convey. Now, the food.... It was pretty superb. And innovative! My husband grooves on sushi - I don't. He ordered an array of rolls and was happy with everything. I ordered a scallop taco ( A MUST), the duck breast, and the filet mignon. This was brilliant considering I really didn't want to commit to one, big entree such as the ribeye for $57. What I did was order these smaller plates and it all equalled to a meal - roughly. It ended up being a great sampler. We also ordered the Samba Split for dessert and it was WONDERFUL. I loved the caramilized bananas. The flan was tasty as was the ice cream. We will now make SushiSamba a must dinner experience when we travel to Vegas every 6 months. We hope to see Jeremy again - he really impressed!

Sea Bass is amazing! Really enjoyed salmon and eel nigiri. Great service as well, but expensive

Good sushi and sashimi but pretty expensive. There is a large selection of other food beside sushi like ramen and if you have the money try the A5 Wagyu.

The food is amazing here. Went on a busy night with no reservation, and didn't wait too long to get a table.

Best food experience I've had in Vegas. Being our first time eating here and my wife's 40th B-Day, we ordered the 5 course meal, for 4/$60 pp, as the waiter suggested. The El Topo sushi was incredibly delicious, but the Sea Bass was to die for. I'd recommend this to anyone.
