Sure does.  And VA is still in denial, and finding creative ways to deny treatment or support...but there are support groups, such as at the Chehalis VA clinic [CBOC].  It's been changed to every Thursday at 3pm. One must be a veteran, with PTSD issues, and register for medical access at that clinic, to access that support group.  Surely there are others at other VA facilities--just not familiar with them.
