Open to everyone, this workshop offers an experiential introduction to meditation and embodied contemplative practices.  Participants will learn how synchronizing mind and body enhances our ability to tap the power of the present moment, allowing creative and leadership skills to take root from within.  They will leave the workshop with tools and support with which to cultivate these roots through the practice of mindfulness.  The practice then can become the foundation for a richer, more rewarding life – not only for us individually but, by natural extension, for our families and communities in which we live, serve and lead.

Please come prepared to sit still, to play actively at the edge of your comfort zone, and open new vistas for learning, creating and leading, from the inside out.

The workshop is $100.00; $85.00 for BSU employees; and $60.00 for students. Go to ahi.boisestate.edu/mindfulness for more information and to register.
