This morning at the Women Business Owners Alliance breakfast we had a roundtable format. Presenters had 10 minutes to share their expertise on a topic specific to their business. I learned how to invite better breathing (great for stress reduction), ways to prioritize my work, life and volunteer interests, and how to protect my brand.
