Do not go to these terrible scam artists! They charged my fiancee over $90 for an oil change. When I called to ask why the charge was so high I was yelled at and hung up on. They also left the interior of the car stinking of cigarettes. This is just another scumbag mechanic taking advantage of girls because they think they can get away with it!

During the 5 years I was in Buffalo I tried a few different places. I found Bison about 1 year into my stay and refused to take my cars anywhere else after that. I highly recommend these guys to family and friends. Trustworthy, good people, great work, and always reasonable.

I had my car detailed and the car is beautiful. Everything was spotless from front to back. Bob provided fantastic support when I had to make a change. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They did a great job on the outside of my car. I apid an additional $40 to have them clean the leather seats and condition them. I went out to check on the car and found the seats weren't cleaned very well, there was still quite a bit of dirt on them. I went inside and told one of the guys and he came out with me and told me he was so sorry that he would redo them himself. He did and they looked great. My husband was very pleased.

Bought tires from here. The owner went over pricing, showed me his pricing on the screen and told me their flat fee for tire which included installation at $25 a piece. I thought that it was fair. I went back a few weeks later because my one tire was leaking air. He let me know it was a problem with the valve stem and that it was $170(!) to replace. I understood and agreed. The next day I stopped in and they had the part shipped. They did some work on it and greeted me with good news.. they said 90% of the time the valve stems break but this time they were able to keep it intact and clean it up. Total charge was $27 and my leak is fixed. Not often a mechanic quotes a price then comes back at 1/7 the price. Great experience... I enjoyed the coffee and wifi while I briefly waited as well.

The mechanics took their time to show me exactly where the issues were on my vehicle, told me what needed to be done, gave me a "verbal" estimate and left it up to me to make the decision on having the repair done at a later date (alignment issue). These issues were already known to me and were not a surprise. I loved the fact that they did not try to BS me around and tell me I needed this or that. What surprised me is that they actually took the car for a test drive first. I don't know how many mechanics I have seen in the past that have just pulled my car directly into the shop and started to work on it without even testing it first. While I was waiting to talk to the gentleman about my vehicle, I observed him giving another customer a break on her bill, without charge, as there was nothing wrong with her vehicle except a lose gas cap. I have been to other shops that would have taken advantage of the situation. I will be happy to return to their shop when I need future work I can not complete myself. Customer service was an A+. I highly recommend them. For once someone wasn't trying to take me for whatever they could get out of it. Keep up the great work guys.

I've been taking my car here for three years and have only ever received great, professional service. Bob and his staff are quick, reliable, incredibly friendly. Not only have I never felt pressured to pay for unnecessary repairs or upgrades, Bob once talked me OUT of getting snow tires! They are very patient and respectful, even given my level of car maintenance knowledge (none). Seriously, these guys are the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible repair shop! AAA towed my car here when it broke down. I was told I had a bad head gasket and they would need to take the whole engine out to be sure. I was given an open ended quote of somewhere around $2000. Luckily, I had a nice co-worker who helped me out and got it towed to his AAA repair shop but I had to pay $100 for a compression test that I didn't authorize before they would release my car. It turned out to be a bad radiator and alternator and will only cost $800. Bison definately took advantage of a young female with no car knowledge. Don't go here!
