Worst company ever to deal with, trained monkeys could do the job better this company definatly needs to train its staff in the methods of good customer service and not to be rude on the phone. My car was wrote off 8 weeks ago and i am still in the middle of trying to recover money £1816 to be exact and i had to settle £8256 of finance plus £312 out of my own money they said when the finance was settled they would refund my salvage costs back but they are now refusing as they have had no confirmation from my finance company to say its been settled what business this is of theirs i will never know. I have created a password for them to contact my finance company which they refuse to do and also gave them a settlement reference which they refuse to acknowledge i have now gone down the route of a financial ombudsman to recover my lost money which these hypocrites are withholding which is a against the law, the salvage money should of been recovered off the 3rd party insurer not myself this firm will do nothing but stress you out. avoid like the plaque

Never overly busy even during peak times, never waiting too long to pick up your goods once paid, never had any issues returning goods if faulty or not needed

Been twice in 3 months and not one good visit in terms of customer service, everytime we have gone in had to wait for a table sometimes 20 minutes Last visit 1st may for my sons 4th birthday was terrible we waited over half an hour for a table again, took 10 minutes to get served at the bar, nobody was behind it, after eventually being seated didnt bring no menus had to grab our own from the till area, a futher 15 minutes to order our food, 20 minutes for the started to arrive then a further 45 minutes for our meals which only arrived warm, for the time you waited you expected to have your meals piping hot. Although the waiter was very apolgetic its probably not his place to do that as his manager should get off his ar*e when asked instead he had to apolgise on his behalf, Gave us the menus for the deserts but never arrived to take our order, Put the menus back and asked for the bill even had to go up to the waitress to ask for this. Would never go here again would rather travel the extra 9 miles to leigh or the extra 15 miles to warrington miles better service And the restraunt was not very busy at all we arrived at 7pm and got home back to Bolton at 9:45pm Just wrong Still expected there £47 food bill at the end no apolgises when we left
