Age eclipsing gender as Canada's major income gap, warns Conference Board of Canada

Gender is no longer the major income gap, it's age.

"Undergraduate" is the new "uneducated" when referring to a student's career opportunities upon graduating.

The income gap between 20-something, and 50 to 60-something-year-old university graduates is larger than it has ever been, when our economy is depending on the opposite. The same employment equality that they fought for has created a new inequality, one that has long term consequences.
