I will give a negative 5 if I can. The professor there is very unprofessional. HE is rude, boring and self-promoted. I had to join their BLS program once because I miss the session in my own hospital. The whole time he talked about how often healthcare workers perform CPR incorrectly in hospital. I happen to work in ED and our team had save more than 100 lives in the short time I have worked there. Wonder how many lives he had saved. So after the boring, self-promoting session. The test came, and I score 100%. But not happy being proven wrong, he make me stay behind to test my skill few more rounds before giving out the BLS card. But of course this is all done AFTER he gave out the professor evaluation form. After I got the card, I got another evaluation form, and trashed that teacher. Highly unrecommend, stay away at all cost.

Many years a physician and I had the most informative instruction on delivering Basic Life Support...Paul, the instructor very knowledgeable and competent, gets the job done right!

It was such a great experience. The instructor, Nemo, organized and explained ACLS course in a very easy and understandable way. The classroom was clean and with enough supplies. Absolutely recommend it!!!

Have been to CPR123 multiple times for everything from BLS to NRP. Very knowledgeable instructors (Sam, Nemo, Paul, and the NICU nurse who teaches NRP (sorry I forgot her name) They were all very detailed, taught at a pace conducive to learning and were informative. I plan on continously using CPR123 for my professional learning needs. Great experiences!

I am very sorry to hear this, our records show you took B.L.S class on 9/20/2013 with Paul. I am not sure what happened on that day I looked at all the instructor reviews and all of them were very positive. I also see you took an IV class with me and I would really like to speak to you and see what went wrong on that day for you.

The class was super easy to understand. We actually finished earlier than the set time. In the beginning, I was super anxious because I did not what to expect but as we progressed, I became more relax. I definitely did not regret taking it there,
Quality Excellent

I loved the whole experience. I learned the most in this ACLS class than in other classes. The instructor "Nemo" was very passionate, and took his time explaining the concepts not just throwing out information. He was more focused on "Why" we do what we do in the algorithms than "What" or "How" the algorithm was. You still need to come prepared though. Studying at home and doing your pretest is of great importance to get the full benefit of the class. The facility was nice and clean, well equipped with no shortage of supplies. Highly recommended.

Nemo was such a great ACLS instructor. Not only did he make the class so interesting by providing real life situations, but the way he taught us was so simple. The concepts were well described and I know now that I know my rhythms and my meds and my doses. This was a great site! I would highly recommend this class to anyone.

Sarah I had heard of this situation and I tried many ways to remedy this and gave you credit if you take any of our classes in the future and I was told that was not going to work for you. I am sorry you feel this way.

I originally signed up for classes at this institution, but had to back out ( not at the last second either ). This school claims to have a very strict refund policy. If you are REGISTERED for a class, then you can't have a refund. The admissions rep removed me from classes, so I was literally in limbo, no classes on the agenda. When I asked for the refund, the school simply turned me down, claiming that they don't return funds after you have registered. Even if you are not registered for any classes at all, they will still keep your check. Be aware that if you have a family emergency, relocate, end up in the hospital, this school will not refund your money whatsoever. They will offer you a 2 year time period of credit. I'd give them the 3rd degree about their policies, before you attempt to sign on for any classes. This doesn't pertain to most students, who are in fact, able to sign up and take a class as usual. This pertains to those, who have ANYTHING come up that would get in the way of attending class. I'm currently in dispute with the Better Business Bureau against this school.

I have to say, I loved the professionalism that was given to me and my wife. The Service has been great and I hope to not need to file claim and my luck continues. I know I am in good hands if I ever need assistance.
