If you are more afraid of what is going to happen when you get home, you won't fuck around when you are away from it. Children learn by watching their parents. They learn to walk by watching their parents walk. They learn to talk by listening to their parents. Kids learn work ethic from watching their parents work. If a kid grows up watching her parents bust their ass, she will learn to bust her ass. I know this is true of me. Eat The Weak. Devour weakness, doubt, fear and feeble excuses. Consume them before they consume you. #Repost @hansenathletics ・・・ EAT THE WEAK ⚡️ Some would blow this phrase off as some jackass implying that the only thing that qualifies your life as useful is strength levels. To me this means much more.. and in all honestly the person that ONLY cares about the outcome and not the process falls directly into the category below. ⚡️ THE WEAK: [CAN’T:] take coaching learn from others take criticism turn a lose into a learning experience [DON’T:] want to understand others opinions learn from others mistakes & success keep an open mind stick to their values continue to push their education see value in improving their craft enjoy the process ⚡️ This is my perception of @powerathletehq’s EAT THE WEAK. I’m excited to further my knowledge and develop this mindset for training and coaching as I dive into the methodology course.
