actually the Canadian Better Business bureau is nothing but a big joke. it seems like it's rigged.  All a seedy company has to do is make up some bs and lies and the Canadian Better Business Bureau will gladly accept it as god's word and close the account without question...    lol.  it's a big joke, it happened to me
