Went here for Mother's Day yesterday, 05/10. They of course took the opportunity to raise their prices to $40.00 for Rodizio. As a Brazilian myself, I know good Rodizio, and unfortunately, this is not where' you'd get it. I don't mind paying more, but with higher prices, better service and better quality is expected. So, there are a few points of complaint; 1st, the salad bar, it was OK, it wasn't limited, however, some of the choices there were clearly pre-packaged and not fresh. The "farinha" for instance, was definitely pre-packaged, and the beans tasted like they came from a can. 2nd, the Rodizio itself, meat was OK, not good, not bad, however, it seems that their preference is either rare or raw even for meat. Also, I feel like they need more meat servers and more of the same meat going around. They shouldn't have just one skewer of each meat, but several. If I'm paying to eat meat, then keep the meat coming! Also, some of the meat was cold, which should NEVER be the case for Rodizio. The pineapple at the end of it all, was also cold, and had way too much cinnamon. I'm not giving it 1 star because the servers were attentive. However, judging the food alone, I would not come back. Again, if you're going to be priced on the high-end, then give me service and food that matches. I tried Fernandes in Newark, NJ (BTW, recommended if you want actually good food), but they were fully booked, for clear reason, and Rio had openings, apparently also for clear reasons. In closing, if your American, unfamiliar with Rodizio, and definitely not Brazilian, then you might enjoy here for the experience. But anyone who know Rodizio and Brazilian food would agree, that unfortunately this place does not do Rodizio justice.

This place was once TOP-NOTCH. Service was high-end as well as the food. Now they have old tasting seafood for sushi and shells on the shrimp inside of the rolls. The food at the salad bar is far from fresh too. The servers play around like children together and they take forever to come back and check on your needs. I am disappointed in this restaurant considering I made everyone I knew go there. It was also in my top 3 favorites in New Jersey. Not anymore.

The waiters were excellent. The environment was great..salad bar excellent.. The meats not so much. Quite a few were dry and tough..if you decide to go, do the the full salad bar,, you won't be disappointed

Had my dad's 60th birthday party here last weekend. They were very accommodating for the 16 people we had. Maître D' was extremely helpful with bringing everything out at the right time and making sure everyone was comfortable. They held onto the cake for us and cut it up and brought it out when I asked them to. There was never a time where I felt they were trying to push us out of there because we were there for several hours. Can't really beat the price, either. I'd definitely come back here. Only thing I could say I didn't like was that some of the meat was pretty rare as compared to other Rodizio's I've been to. But, that's just a personal preference.

If you want a good salad bar, it's good. But service was horrible. They seemed to have a lot of waiters, but attendance was slow. They had no seasoned managers. The rodizio would always follow the same path and depending where you sit, the good meat would never make it to your table. Had to ask for picanha 3 times and wait 30 minutes before getting it to our table. Meat was grilled too fast/rushed. Seared on the outside and less than a quarter inch in would be completely raw. Used to be good 2 years ago. Would not go again.

Horrible Service. The waiters had a lot of attitude as if they did not want to serve one. Hosted a party here and will never even think about it again. Their price is very high for the amount of food they serve. At one point, the salad bar was empty and they did not even think of refilling it. Horrible organization and no consideration for the customers. I really enjoyed coming here, and I thought holding my business party here would be great but I was wrong. They tried cancelling my event after I had already sent invitations to my guests and made the process very complicated. Definitely a mistake that will not be repeated again.

Been here twice for an occasion. Waiter we had was nice and checked on us every few minutes. Came at a somewhat weird hour on a Saturday, and there was still plenty of Rodizio going around. Seasonings on the meats can be hit or miss. Salad bar is just an added bonus.
