I love it, but it's one of the most horrifying movies I've ever seen. Jason and Freddy don't exist, but people like those English thugs really do. To me, that's real terror.

A reconsideration of MULHOLLAND DRIVE (2001), and a discussion on the perils of assuming no one is smarter than you. May I be so bold as to suggest that all would-be film critics ought to read this?
A valuable lesson in maturity by way of David Lynch-ian obscurity.

It's kind of like Mulholland Drive on steroids. I bet you won't like it, but if you ever do watch it, I'd love to hear your thoughts. :)

I wrote this for Film.com. It made me giggle. If history is any indication, that means you won't think it's funny at all.
Finally, the fresh exclusives from that Casablanca remake ...

This week's 'Snide Remarks' column is about clinical depression! So it's super, super funny.

I'm glad your new regimen is working, like you said, it is incredibly hard to find the right medication and dosage.
Also, this means your birthday is coming up soon, so happy birhtday!

Noted. I hadn't noticed the pants. I'll assume that the cruelty-free free-range vegan food is in the bag, then.

You may have been wondering how the movie "I Don't Know How She Does It" ever got made. Here is the pitch meeting that I secretly recorded.

First, is Beauty and the Beatz a thing? It should be.
Second, is the term 'horse in this race' used because of SJP's horse face?

Cartoon supervillain Arianna Huffington will get her own comic book, presumably to be given away for free.

The internet didn't change us. We've always been the same. You do deserve tickets to opening night for this line alone -

"Typical Hollywood political correctness, going out of their way to find jobs for a bunch of filthy midgets while regular-size people are unemployed."

"Lions and tigers and bears, oh meh."

I heard this on the radio a couple years ago and thought, "Wow, this is pretty clever and funny for a radio song." I love the dark mix between "I love you" and "I hate you."
