Awesome service and great servers every time. Yes this place costs more than your average restaurant but it's well worth it. Looking foward to spending my birthday here. :)

Honestly, this would have probably been a different experience if I didn't have a three year old with me. BUT the food was good, not excellent, and way overpriced. I didn't really understand how this worked since I came from out of town and wanted to try something new and honestly when I asked how it worked, I still didn't understand the directions. The entree is brought to you uncooked Which I honestly didn't expect. The smell of raw meat is very Unappealing to me and cooking my food at the table Was not what I expected. You pay 45$ for cheese, your entree, and chocolate fondue. And that's PER PERSON but you have to agree on ONE cheese to share if there is only one burner. You don't get to choose what you want, so basically you are paying per person to share one pot with the entire table. now to the kids meal, bringing a hungry three year old a plate of raw meat wasn't exactly what I expected. The Chocolate sauce wasn't that great and neither was my waitress. There was no sodas or very many non alcoholic drinks. I wouldn't really call this a family friendly place in all honesty. But it was something we had never seen before. Just wish it would have been more enjoyable, wasn't what I was expecting.

Went for my sons birthday. He loves fondu. were told we had to wait 5-10 min even though I looked around and saw barely anyone there. Then she tried to move us to a smaller table in the bar area that was completely empty the entire night. The cheese and chocolate are great, but the entree part is not a good deal at all. The barely give you any meat and upcharge you for any cooking sauce other than boulion. The bar tender was drilling and breaking glass while we ate, and the service was very slow. Do not know If I will be back and I have taken my son there every year by his request.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and chose the Melting Pot as our destination. We had never eaten here before but after talking to others that have been here and reading the review, this was our choice. From the minute we walked in till the minutes we walked out, we had nothing but excellent service. The hostess was very friendly and polite, our server, Josh, was outstanding explaining everything when he found out that we had never been there before. I've seen some of the bad reviews, but we definitely did not have an experience like that. Thank you to everyone for helping to make our special night even more so!

I've never been here until last Sunday with my fiance. We came in and wanted a table for two. It was about 5 PM and I guess they didn't have enough servers yet so we had to wait for 10 minutes before we got seated. Our server came and introduced herself and took our drink orders. I ordered a water with lemon and my fiance ordered a cranberry with club soda with a lime. He didn't get his drink until half of our service. So about 15 minutes later he got his drink...with a dehydrated lime. More time passes until our server comes back with our order. We wanted to order the spinach artichoke for an app and go from there...(we didn't know if we were going to stay for the whole dinner service). Some more time goes buy and finally out comes our food....I was very disappointed though because all it was or looked like to me was some water or broth for the cheese...and shredded cheese you could get anywhere from the store. with some bread, celery, carrots, tomatoes and apples.... Now I don't know if it makes any sense to have anything but the bread for the spinach artichoke dip but ok... We're slowing down and me and my fiance think we should just do some restaurant hopping (going and trying different restaurants) so our waitress is nowhere to be found, and there is absolutely no staff in sight.... She finally comes to our table and asks us, is everything ok? and we say yes, but just before we could tell her we wanted a check she walked right off...She made her way back up towards our table and I had to yell at her so we could get our check. And when we got our check...the $8/ almost $9 app was turned into a $16 bill...but whatever. We paid it and walked straight out of there. Bad service, overpriced food.

Cheap, small serving sizes for way too much money. You pay $16 for a half bowl of Walmart cheese and they give you 2 pieces of celery, tomatoes, and hard, stale bread to dip in the cheese. Then you pay $40 more dollars for 2 razor thin bite size slices of filet mignon, 2 small pieces of steak and 3 shrimp. You cook the meats in what smells and tastes like ramen broth. Ohhh and you also get 2 slices of potato and 2 small broccollis in the broth. Cost $130 to learn that the melting pot is completely overrated. Overall terrible experience. Very cheap, low quality restaurant with bad service, at a premium price. ill never go again.

The food and service was excellent. Me and my date had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere and food very much. We were seated in a private nook with ambient lighting. I recommend sharing an entrée and choosing the 4 course option if you are a party of 2. The food is kind of expensive, I spent a little over $100 including the tip but everyone deserves to treat themselves to a nice dinner every once in a while.

Wonderful experience. The atmosphere was classy, the food was out of this world. Our waiter (Sam) topped it off for our group - he was so knowledgeable and friendly.
