Honestly, this would have probably been a different experience if I didn't have a three year old with me. BUT the food was good, not excellent, and way overpriced. I didn't really understand how this worked since I came from out of town and wanted to try something new and honestly when I asked how it worked, I still didn't understand the directions. The entree is brought to you uncooked Which I honestly didn't expect. The smell of raw meat is very Unappealing to me and cooking my food at the table Was not what I expected. You pay 45$ for cheese, your entree, and chocolate fondue. And that's PER PERSON but you have to agree on ONE cheese to share if there is only one burner. You don't get to choose what you want, so basically you are paying per person to share one pot with the entire table. now to the kids meal, bringing a hungry three year old a plate of raw meat wasn't exactly what I expected. The Chocolate sauce wasn't that great and neither was my waitress. There was no sodas or very many non alcoholic drinks. I wouldn't really call this a family friendly place in all honesty. But it was something we had never seen before. Just wish it would have been more enjoyable, wasn't what I was expecting.

Went for my sons birthday. He loves fondu. were told we had to wait 5-10 min even though I looked around and saw barely anyone there. Then she tried to move us to a smaller table in the bar area that was completely empty the entire night. The cheese and chocolate are great, but the entree part is not a good deal at all. The barely give you any meat and upcharge you for any cooking sauce other than boulion. The bar tender was drilling and breaking glass while we ate, and the service was very slow. Do not know If I will be back and I have taken my son there every year by his request.

The food and service was excellent. Me and my date had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere and food very much. We were seated in a private nook with ambient lighting. I recommend sharing an entrée and choosing the 4 course option if you are a party of 2. The food is kind of expensive, I spent a little over $100 including the tip but everyone deserves to treat themselves to a nice dinner every once in a while.

After all the bad reviews, we were skeptical, but tried it anyway based on a friends recommendation. We were so impressed! The food was great! The drinks were awesome, the atmosphere was classy but comfortable. A bit expensive, but the experience is worth it! And to the reviewer that said it wasn't enough food, well I am a big eater and we sent food back from each coarse, not only was it plenty of food, the waiter kept asking if we wanted more of anything. We will definitely go back!

Cheap, small serving sizes for way too much money. You pay $16 for a half bowl of Walmart cheese and they give you 2 pieces of celery, tomatoes, and hard, stale bread to dip in the cheese. Then you pay $40 more dollars for 2 razor thin bite size slices of filet mignon, 2 small pieces of steak and 3 shrimp. You cook the meats in what smells and tastes like ramen broth. Ohhh and you also get 2 slices of potato and 2 small broccollis in the broth. Cost $130 to learn that the melting pot is completely overrated. Overall terrible experience. Very cheap, low quality restaurant with bad service, at a premium price. ill never go again.

Wonderful experience. The atmosphere was classy, the food was out of this world. Our waiter (Sam) topped it off for our group - he was so knowledgeable and friendly.
