Clint Eastwood's movie unfortunately never quite captures the magic of Frankie Valli.

"Walter and Adele decided to trust in the Lord and confide in Louis and Zélie Martin. And the incredible happened. Although the doctors predicted he had only a few hours to live, a month later the small Pietro began to show signs of improvement. After a few weeks, he was officially cured."
After meeting Pope Francis, he said, "It was like meeting Jesus!"

Abortion is by far the greatest human rights abuse in the history of the world. Nothing else comes even close.

Sensing that he was making little headway, Maher decided to pull the religion card, and from that point on things went from bad to worse. Maher said, "Now you're a man of faith, which means someone who consciously suspends all critical thinking and accepts things on the basis of no evidence." Astonishingly, Reed said, "yes," at which point, I shouted at the TV screen: "No!" Then Maher said, "And I believe that you take everything in the Bible literally," and Reed replied, "yes," at which point I said, "Oh God, here we go again."
The kind of conversation that Bill Maher and Ralph Reed had is not the best way forward.

"In other words, we do not know what conversion therapy might do or become because its studious advancement into the modern era has been exogenously prevented by politicized social pressures."
Why fear conversion therapy?

Anthony Baratta tells the AMAZING story of how he found the Catholic faith while studying at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here's a snippet:

"I went to the seminary library and checked out books I had previously forbidden myself to look at too closely, like the Catechism and Pope Benedict’s latest. I felt like I was checking out porn. Later, I drove to a 5pm Saturday Mass. The gorgeous crucifix at the front of the church reminded me of when I had mused that crucifixes demonstrated that Catholics didn’t really understand the resurrection.

But I saw the crucifix differently this time and began crying. “Jesus, my suffering savior, you’re here.”"
Or, how I found the Catholic faith at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

The Vatican has held at least two conferences on the possibility of extraterrestrial life, and a few years ago the Director of the Vatican Observatory asked publicly whether we could call aliens our "brothers". How should Catholics think about E.T.?

Decades and billions of dollars later, and the now 1/3 of Americans have an STD. How bad will things get before people wake up?

Introduction
Learn about the Catholic faith! In six languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic.

Aleteia comes from the ancient greek word "Aleteia" which means “Truth.” Created in 2011, Aleteia arises as a concrete response to the challenge proposed by Benedict XVI to announce the Gospel in the New Media.
