The hotel staff & very accommodating. Parking is over priced since you are not in downtown I'm not sure why you have to pay. This is not an Ocean view it's of the shipyard or bay so don't expect a great view. The rooms are very nice & updated. The pool is rather small for as many rooms as there are. The grill area is very nice & breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I travel several times a year and I must say this was a great experience. Shout out to MATT!!!!! at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. We are from Michigan arriving hours before check in but Matt assisted us with no problem. Breakfast was good, great pool, nice hot tub, stainless steel appliances and excellent views. Worth every penny!!!

OMG from the start pulling into the hotel, we were greeted by Dante... very polite, very sweet, and I cannot emphasize enough VERY PATIENT!!! He accommodated us to a top floor room overlooking the downtown area/bay... breathtaking!!! He was always smiling, a pleasant and outgoing person to easily hold conversations with and an absolute doll when we presented a grocery list to cook dinner that evening... we got our groceries that afternoon, they were put away in the appropriate places (didn't ask or expect to have them put away aside of milk in the fridge) but no grief... the only fault to our stay was when we picked up our room, we made it easy for housekeeping by placing our garbage in a bag, Next to he Door, And linens piled on the end of the bed... they were all found in the hallway for everyone to see, and felt it disrespectful and unprofessional of the housekeeping staff for their lack of professionalism when we presented the concern with pictures for evidentiary support to our claim to them. Aside of the housekeepers, the front desk staff were phenomenal and I see myself staying another week or more in the future. Thank you all, Kevin Gage

Don't be fooled by the reviews on this Hotel. The view of the bay is less than breath taking and coupled by the adjacent port yard scenery and surrounding trucking activity to and from the port makes this a less than desirable facility to get in and out of. The modern look throughout the hotel makes for a nice touch but won't cover up that this hotel is not as advertised. Our room, which overlooked the pool area, smelled musty and moldy. The carpet may have never seen a deep cleaning as there were dark stains throughout the living area. The furniture, at first glance, added a certain updated appeal to the suite, though after day 3 I started to notice the thread unraveling from the couch and the worn pleather of the matching chair. The room had been updated with movement sensors which would allow the lights to turn off automatically if no one was in the room and the thermostat was adjustable. Though the closet, I assume, where the unit was housed was not very quite. Many times throughout the night it would rattle something nasty causing me to waken suddenly. We had not cooked on the electric cook top but there was, what looked to be cheese, still affixed to the cooking surface. The bottom hinge to the glass shower door that was loose with both screws looking to fall out at any moment... If the attention to detail was there at the room level I would have been more inclined to give a better rating. But it wasn't. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast's in the morning were a nice treat. I think this facility has a good start but needs to keep an eye on the details as others may start to see them as I did.

This hotel has a great staff who cares about the visitors! We were in town for a wedding on the Queen Mary (it isn't as walkable from the hotel as some claim) and were happy with our stay. The breakfast was good and the pool was fun for the kids! I definitely would stay here again!
