Agent MOLDar's weekly tip....
More than just the boogeyman prowls at night: Don't let the mold monsters sneak out from the depths of the dark and into your bathroom! Like the blackish color that mold is, it also thrives in dark environments. If you have windows in your bathroom, open the blinds during the day and allow the sunshine in. Mold also loves damp and humid climates. Remember to either hang or remove all wet towels and clothing and allow them to dry. Also, don't forget about your shower mat. Allow it to dry between showers.

Agent MOLDar's weekly mold tip...
September 11, 2001 is a day worth remembering. Thousands of Americans died in a terrorist attack on our nation and it’s a day to honor their lives. It’s also a day to show that we will never forget the horrific events that occurred on 9/11. May we strive to stand together as a nation, may we strive to lend a helping hand to those around us, may we strive to make peace with our loved ones and most of all give an extra smile to someone in need.

Agent MOLDar's weekly tip....
Part two of "How to tell if you have a mold problem" Last sign is your health. Because mold is not always visible, it can be difficult realizing that you do indeed have a mold problem. If you feel listless, congested and experience watery eyes while in your home, these can all be signs of the presence of mold. It's not uncommon for a person who lives in a home that has mold to feel better while at work or out shopping. Their health problems begin the moment they step through the door.

Agent MOLDar's weekly tip...
Like Agent MOLDar hiding, mold can hide too. Here are a few tips on how to tell if you have a mold problem:
Mold has a pungent smell, when it is confined to one area of your home, you may notice a musty or unusual odor when you're in that area. Mold can sometimes live within the walls or behind wallpaper. The appearance of mold in your shower or bathtub can  easily be distinguished between soap scum or mold. Mold will take hold of dampness, so if you have a floor or wall where dampness collects, mold can very easily be there.
If you suspect mold in your home, have Zona come perform a Air Quality Test. Don't put your health or others at risk.

Agent MOLDar's weekly mold tip....
Last week our tip was about flood-proofing your home. Here is another flood- proof tip that goes with last weeks tip.
Waterproof entryways:Make sure that your doors, windows and entryway flooring are waterproofed and can withstand a good amount of moisture. Weather strips on doors and windows should be replaced regularly, as they can tear and bend over time, which lets rain water in. Good waterproofing on the outside of your home will keep the inside of your home safe and dry.
