Very effective animation design video used to aid in the resolution of a case I recently had the privilege of working on.

Thanks to his attorney's advocacy and the structured settlement we implemented on his behalf, this client received a "settlement that will take care of him for years to come."

Congratulations to attorney Caleb Anthony of James McKiernan Lawyers on his tenacity in the pursuit of justice for his client.

As a former distance cyclist myself, doubly proud to have been involved in this lawsuit to aid the parties as a structured settlement expert.

Congratulations to both plaintiff counsel Dave Roark and the City of Los Angeles not only for the settlement itself but for the safety changes that will be implemented stemming from this litigation.

Although too late for Mr. Yao, the City's pledged commitment to improving road conditions as a result of this and similar lawsuits will benefit the cycling community going forward.

"Such a blessing. There aren't even words."

Today's endorsement of structured settlements comes from a former client who called because she needed to change her EFT designation for the guaranteed income she continues to receive ever since her lawsuit concluded over twenty years ago.

She was glowing in her review of the representation her attorney provided back in 1996 and so thankful he suggested she structure a portion of her settlement which has continued to serve her so well all these years.

I always love fielding calls like these because it gives me a chance to reconnect with those I've helped along the way and to see what kind of impact my life's work can have on improving people's lives.

Such validation after nearly a quarter century makes me very grateful indeed for the career I chose and inspires me to keep doing what I'm doing for as long as I can do it.

Clients who choose structured settlements a) don't need to worry about stock market downturns and b) can use their guaranteed cash flow to mitigate the adverse effects of portfolio losses by "dollar cost averaging" into the market instead.
