We've updated the Community's profile picture and thought we'd better give you all a chance to bake your own Flourless Chocolate Torte! Who wants a slice?

Preparation time:  15 minutes
Cooking time:  20-25 minutes
Serves 12
Specialist equipment:  23cm loose based or springform tin

Ingredients:
200g Bournville Plain chocolate
50g unsalted butter
3 medium eggs, separated
50g caster sugar
50ml single cream
100g ground almonds
100g raspberries

Method:
1. Preheat oven to Gas 4, 180 C.  Grease  a 23cm loose based or springform tin and dust with 2 tsp of the ground almonds.
2. Place the chocolate and butter into a bowl oven a pan of simmering water and melt.
3. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until pale, add the melted chocolate mixture, cream and almonds and fold gently together, so that the air doesn’t get knocked out of the mixture.
4. Whisk the egg whites until holding in soft peaks and gently fold in.  Place into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.  The sides should be cooked but the centre should be very slightly undercooked. Cool in the tin, remove and top with raspberries.

Tip: If you're preparing this for someone with a wheat/gluten intolerance be sure to avoid contamination and double check your ingredients - some Cadbury products are produced on shared machinery and have warnings that they thus MAY contain traces of gluten.
