Negative energy is a wonderful topic.
Since when did you consider how much it impacts your life?

If not, why not start now?

When we do something new, or we try to imagine the outcome of a possible struggle from time to time we will start thinking about how it will fail.
This is normal, it happens to all of us, but we can change this.

We can learn a new way to start again.
Well, back to topic of negative energy, here it is a great link about it with some pragmatic info to react positively.
