Dear Woot. Your customer service department is the single worst experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! I am simply trying to receive a refund for items purchased which were incorrectly sized according to your sizing guidelines on woot.com
. I checked these with adidas on the website and they don't match what is listed for the product at Adidas.com. I have received nothing but a constant run around asking me to read the Woot FAQ's to which there is NOTHING about ordering and returning an incorrectly sized product especially when you are the ones on the wrong.
TO ALL POTENTIAL WOOT CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE SINGLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE GO AND CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR WOOT TO REVIEW THE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINS AND MANY FORUMS WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS EQUALLY AS BAD AS, IF NOT WORSE THAN WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED.
Very VERY disappointing for a company owned as we all know by amazon. Also I have as of yet NOT received an appropriate response or refund.
