On Channing Tatum playing Gambit, I am not particularly on board. However, once I start to see something then I might be able to be swayed in that way. Gambit is a tall slender character that is quite nimble and agile. Channing looks a Lil to fit to play that character but I'm sure he could pull it off. (hopefully i don't get flogged for My disagreement on him playing the role LOL) :-)

I agree with you Grace, his momma is evil lol. I see a Maleficent vibe coming from her. I see it happening where she is working with the big bad unwillingly (more like if i reach you everything i kno about dragons you will leave my village alone kinda thing) but then she might save her good name by giving up herself(dying) cuz i just think this would be in line with the tone of the movie. He lost his leg in the first one now he loses the mother he never had... Oooo! Maybe Loses his father because he tried to save the mother (" i can't lose you again" cliche) and mother takes his place in the movie. And on the note of PR, I feel that there is going to be another commercial for the movie come out and I think that one will be a lot better than the other two. I feel this one is more for the kids that's why the tone is light hearted. We (as older kids at heart) kno we are going to see this and studio knows it too. They now want the kids who didn't jump on the band wagon to "jump on it now cuz we're leaving the station with or without you" lol (i clearly watch this channel TOO much) :-) :-) :-)

There's always a Marvel movie for my birthday and this one is the best yet. I also was on the fence for Andrew because i couldn't see him as Spidey AND i loved Tobey as the character. Just didn't like the way they made it more love interest-centric. I also don't like the Rhino in a robot suit. Paul is a really good actor but they already have such great deep villains they could've used someone else for comic relief. Someone who more embodied the Rhino. Dunno who but tall and muscular. (John Cena maybe? ) Lol Oh and I'm going to watch it in IMAX 3D. I think that is the ONLY way to see it. It (3D) has come SOOOOO far since Beowulf. Lol

Hi Grace! :-) lovely work as always. However i feel u are looking at it as u said like an adaptation where I see it as more of a interpretation. In the cartoon is was more of "Awwwwwww that poor girl" here is more of, "whoa, i didn't see that coming... I understand Maleficent now" . I really like the "re imagining" of the story and more so the focus on the "villain" which to me now is more Loki, less Dark Seid. The other thing I look at our anyone who grew up watching this classic is at LEAST late 20's (most of them) or early 30's. So the kids who go to see it wouldn't have anything to reference so it would only be us. I actually read the book didn't see the movie so i have an idea but u kno that Disney vault... Every 7 years so I'm sure the original wont be out for a while.. But to sum up what i was saying, if u go into the movie thinking this is an adult version of snow white suitable for kids i think u would leave the theater somewhat disappointed. As for me, i can't wait!

I think it is complete heresy to use Jennifer Lawrence will portrayed mystique in an actual standalone movie. Jennifer Lawrence had nothing to do with the greatness that is the character on screen and it is reprehensible to even imagine that you would try to use her new cred to actually promote something that a veteran in the game obviously can do. No disrespect to Jennifer and her friends list she was perfectly portrayed in X1 , 2and the little that she had X3 and I feel that Jennifer doesn't bring the same gravitas to the rule (rant) I think that Mystique movie would be cool but I think I television show would be even better. This could be Fox his version of agents of shield but 10 times better because it follows this person who can be literally anybody and no one at the same time.

On the viewer question i feel i rather have a good/great actress rather than a hot one. 1 example: Gal as Wonder Woman we both kno she's a model and we both liked her in fast 6. However i feel that she needed more movies under her belt b4 taking on such an iconic role. If she Does poorly at this, then her career could easily be shattered because she has not made it to the pinnacle of her acting career as yet so it's a lot easier to fall into the ether. Also, wonder woman the character is on par if not better than people such as Batman and Superman and she has their utmost respect. But I feel by putting her as a character, she would more jockeying for their respect the entire movie. I also wanted to see someone who was probably Ben's age i.e. a mature looking woman and not someone who looked like she just came out of high school. That would also make the role more believable.

I love in the beginning there was a "remember Chicago" BEAUTIFUL reference to the least movie just like we would have "B Strong" here in Boston and "Never Forget" in NY. Awesome. And it looks like his (Wahlberg) acting is reminiscent of The Rock in Snitch. You KNOW he can mess these dudes up but fit the role he needs to be a Lil watered down. Also, i would love to know (but i think i already know) was that Optimus? I think the scene where he charged the semi and the scene where OP pops out time has past. And i think they could soon it that the rest went into hiding cuz Prime was no where to be found (dead) so evil ppl had time to make evil Transformers, hence the "the time of transformers is over" Classic line though "you shouldn't have messed with my family" #loveit

Came here for restaurant week last year and never looked back. The ambiance is quite eye catching even though their taste in music is clearly top 40. They did a good job of explaining how their hot pots work. Their sushi is delectable as are their hot pots. I am VERY keen on the rangoon. Best I've had. Replay value: 8

A sweet piece of southern heaven. The service is exceptional, the food is awesome, (had BBQ ribs that practically fell off the bone and still stayed quite succulent) and the drinks are on point. (I had Darryl's punch. Sweet and punchy (pun intended) ) The sides are sizable but i little extreme (the Mac and cheese was good but a little on the bland side. Wanted more of a southern "kick" . on the opposite end the yams were sweet enough to put you in a diabetic coma. ) so maybe they did that intentionally to off set each other. Their music selection is great and depending on the day, you can get a different genre. Funky. Never knew this place existed. But I'm glad I know now. Replay factor 4.5/5
