I cover sports and news in Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley for 40/29
Introduction
Josh Taylor joined the 40/29 Sports team as weekend anchor/reporter in January of 2012. He comes to the Natural State from 40/29?s sister station, WTAE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he was the school coordinator for High School Playbook, and eventually worked his way up to producing for the evening sportscasts and live specialty sports programming.

He also covered high school football for HSTV-19 in nearby Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

Before joining 40/29, Josh co-hosted the "Triple Threat" morning sports talk radio show with his mentor, WTAE sports anchor Guy Junker, and Ken Laird on TribLIVE Radio in Pittsburgh. Josh was a triple threat in and of himself, having held several jobs simultaneously in television, print and radio.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Josh has a Bachelor's degree in journalism and multimedia arts from Duquesne University, where he won a TELLY Award as an anchor, reporter and producer for DUQ-TV News.

Josh is intrigued by the sports landscape in Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley. He is excited about the opportunity to cover SEC sports, as well as high school football, minor league baseball and outdoor sports. "There's so much to do here, which is great because when it comes to sports, I'm not good at sitting still."
