Join un on Saturday, July 2nd, from 9:00am-11:00am as we celebrate our Country's Independence with a great workout!

We will be coming together as a community and performing the recently released "1775" workout from +CrossFit®  honoring the 241st birthday of the United State Army.

CFES will be offering $10 Drop-Ins with all proceeds being donated to a local ROTC group in our area.

We hope to see everyone there!

The "Kip" is the fundamental movement associated with efficient energy expenditure throughout a multitude of movements in #Crossfit . Today, our athletes will be focusing on the transition between the "hollow" and the "Arc/Arch" (aka "Superman") positions while hanging from the Pull Up Bar. This motion translates to not only Pull-Ups, but also Toes-To-Bar, Knees-to-Elbow, Bar Muscle-Ups and, eventually, Ring Muscle-Ups.
