Chicken Cordon Bleu Rice Bake - Chicken, ham, swiss cheese, sour cream, chicken soup and rice. This was SOOO delicious. We ate this for dinner and leftover for lunch the next day. Great way to use up leftover holiday ham. Everyone cleaned their plate!
Homemade Beef Rice-A-Roni - never use the boxed stuff again! This looked and tasted just like the real thing! I had to tell my husband that I made the rice from scratch - not a box. Rice, pasta, beef broth, beef bouillon, onion powder, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and chopped carrots. Seriously delicious - tons of great beefy flavor! We make this all the time - SO much better than the box.
Chicken Parmesan Rollups - only 4 ingredients!! SO simple and everyone LOVED this Italian casserole. Frozen chicken strips, mozzarella cheese, crescent rolls and marinara sauce. Use Tyson Italian Style Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips for extra flavor in the rollups. Only took about 5 minutes to make and it was on the table in under 30 minutes. Love!!
Pound Cake from Heaven - delicious Southern pound cake recipe! Sweet, rich and still as light as a feather. Great for a potluck; everyone loves this! Serve with some fresh whipped cream and strawberries. Can freeze leftovers for a quick dessert later!!
Carbone's Garlic Bread - recipe for the garlic bread from the famous NYC and Vegas restaurant. BEST garlic bread ever! Crispy, cheesy and a little spicy! You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to bake the bread. I like to bake one half and save the other half for the next day.
Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches - slow cook chuck roast in a mixture of soy sauce, beef broth, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Serve on toast buns with melted pepper jack cheese. These sandwiches are SO good! I think they are the PERFECT French Dip Sandwich!
Parmesan Rice Grits - SO easy and delicious! Rice grits, chicken broth, half and half, butter, parmesan cheese and rosemary. Dump everything in the pot, cook then stir in cheese and rosemary. SO good and creamy. My husband took one bite and said "This is really, really good! Can we have them again tomorrow?"
No-Boil Chicken Penne - cooked chicken, pasta sauce, ricotta, basil, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Everything bakes in the oven, even the pasta! This makes a lot. We ate it for dinner and lunch the next day. It was equally delicious reheated. Serve with with some crusty garlic bread and a salad for an easy weeknight meal! The whole family gobbled this up!
