Our experience with HFI Willowbrook was fantastic! Dr. Skorupski made us feel comfortable and very well informed from the start. The staff there is wonderful, always friendly and helpful! They are very punctual and well organized. I would recommend HFI to anyone seeking help with fertility issues!

I would highly recommend Dr. Griffith and the team at the Willowbrook location. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were positive, informative and encouraging during such a stressful and difficult time. We are expecting twins this fall and couldn't be happier with our experience here.

We had a fabulous experience at Houston Fertility Institute. The doctors (Dr. Skorupski and Dr. Griffith) and staff are fantastic. They make you feel like family and are truly concerned at what you are going through. We go in every week and they make sure that our baby is growing well. I always get phone calls back anytime I leave a message. When there are problems after hours there is always someone on call. I would recommend Houston Fertility Institute to everyone!

I went on a recommendation from a friend and am regretting it. The gave me wrong information, I caught them in a lie, they didn't give me information in a timely fashion because they assumed that I knew what I was doing, and finally, they forgot about me during treatment and almost locked me in the office. I had to wait over an hour each time I went in for treatment. Also, I feel like they could have done a better job with diagnosis - they just told me and my husband we were normal (even after I voiced my concerns) and were only told at treatment that it probably wouldn't be effective. This isn't a disgruntled review just because it didn't work for me - I am on my two week wait right now and keeping my fingers crossed, but I will not be returning here. I don't understand how people can rave about how wonderful their doctor was - I only saw mine ONCE during the initial consultation, and even then, it was for only five minutes. I have never seen him since. I guess he looked at my test results? They were friendly enough I guess, but it wasn't enough to overcome the feeling that I was just a burden to them. I will be contacting my OBGYN (whom I love and trust) to let them know about the horrible experience that I had with this clinic. I don't expect to be treated like royalty - all I ask is for a little dignity and compassion. Maybe it's just this location (or that fact that I was doing IUI), but I felt like this was just an impersonal assembly line. Besides, just because I was "only" doing an IUI doesn't mean I don't deserve the same respect that the IVF patients get. I really regret feeling too embarrassed to complain to an office manager at the time. My new RE is wonderful - sadly, I have to drive to the medical center to see her, but I trust her completely. I'm now looking into IVF, but I refuse to compromise on ethics over location. Just be careful - it's easy to give clinics and doctors good reviews when you get a BFP, but that doesn't mean it's a good clinic. Don't let them take advantage of you just because

After a year and a half, my husband and I went to see Dr. Witz at HFI. Dr. Witz is well knowledged in fertility challenges, but most of all caring to his patients. I appreciated the time spent explaining treatments and procedures and made me feel comfortable. The staff was always a delight to see during appointments and very friendly and helpful on the phone. There were times that I could only make an early appointment and they would fit me in somehow. My husband and I were Blessed by the Lord to become pregnant with three sons. The Lord used HFI as a way to bless us with children. Thank you Lord for bringing us to HFI.

Allie- Jan 26, 2012 I am so grateful to HFI the group and doctors are amazing. I still can't believe I have something so precious growing inside of me. Dr. Haddad was very reassuring, throughout the process. The nurses are amazing very informative and they like to answer your concern and question. I am so grateful again to the doctors and the whole staff. They do care about their patients.
