I agree, let's do it again!
Thanks to all who praised the Companion book.  I immediately looked it up on our library system (Placer) and checked one out yesterday.

Join Sacramento Public Library staff and teen readers from multiple branches as we discuss Veronica Roth's Divergent in celebration of this month's film release.

Does the book stand out from other teen dystopias? Does the movie live up to the book? Is that really how you pictured Tris and Four?

Now that you’ve had a chance to read the new tome—all 825 pages—come talk about it with other diehard fans on Google Hangouts.

After four years of suspense with those cliffhangers from “An Echo in the Bone,” you finally have answers. Was it what you expected? How does it measure up to the rest of the series? What are your favorite scenes and characters?

Our second “Outlander” Hangout happens just days before the premiere of the “Outlander” television series on Starz. We may just have a few things to say about that, too.

Spoiler alert: Be prepared to discuss ALL of Gabaldon's published works.

What happens next? How will the next books translate to television? Will the series end on television instead of in print? Check in once again with the library’s small council to talk about the book A Storm of Swords, by George R. R. Martin, the most recent season of Game of Thrones, and some spoiler-free speculation on what to expect in the future of both the books and the show.

Ask our panelists questions in real time as they analyze the previous books/seasons and offer a spoiler-free look at what may be coming next in the series.

Leveen’s latest, Sick, was released last October. This zombie novel for young adults has been called “Breakfast Club meets The Walking Dead.” When a deadly virus hits a high school, only the outcasts have a chance to survive, hidden away in the theater department and other places to the cool kids don’t go.
