I bought a Groupon for a car starter. I reached out on January 29th by email to get a time slot for install as the phone number went straight to voicemail every time I called, regardless of time or day. On February 13th I received an email back stating I needed an additional bypass for $125 and earliest install would be March 30th. Whatever, I figured there would be a catch. The weekend before my appointment I tried to reach out and reschedule as my basement flooded and I had my hands full trying to dry out and rebuild my home with a newborn in it. Still no reply, phone number goes straight to voicemail with ZERO call backs. Worst customer service I've ever had. They may have so much business they can't get to everyone? Maybe that explains the lack of contact. After waiting for a call or email for 3 weeks I cancelled the whole thing with Groupon and got my money back. I would never do business with them. To date, still no reply to email or phone call. It's been 4 months. Emailed Groupon and got my money back - nobody ever took the time to get back to me. Sorry I don't have a beamer that needs gleaming detail.

My wife bought a new commuting car to go along with her new job. She was looking for a way to make the 128 traffic a bit more bearable and decided a new audio system was the way to go. The stock system was lacking to say the least. It could barely be heard above the road noise. This was our first time with aftermarket audio installation and we went to Luxury Details on a whim while visiting Tropic Isle next door. Matt could not have been nicer while we asked very novice questions. He made some suggestions and put together a quote. At the time of our quote, they were working on a beautiful Ferrari 458 spider and Range Rover. This definitely gave us confidence in his ability to disassemble and reassemble complex and delicate interiors. We spent some time thinking about it and visited other installers. We went back to Matt because of how well we were treated during the research phase compared to other shops. It is rare to have such a positive customer experience. Our audio system came out better than we imagined possible. His recommendations made for an amazing audio experience. His install was clean with no damage or markings. He was able to integrate the amplifier with the factory navigation and walked us through everything he did. One of the biggest benefits was his recommendation of sound deadening on all the doors and trunk. What a difference for a commuting car! He also added LED ambient lighting throughout the vehicle that came out better than expected! We did have one issue with a hiss that came from the factory HU at low volume that was looked at during a separate window tint appointment (excellent too). He didn’t stop until this was fixed. It is now perfect! I appreciate a place that will go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Matt and Luxury Details.

I bought my car in New Jersey, and it was tinted to 20% which is not legal in Massachusetts. I made an appointment, brought my car in, and they removed the old tint and replaced it with legal 35% tint while I waited. It looks great and passed inspection! I had this done several months ago and it still looks great. I would give five stars if they had more convenient hours, but if you can make the time, they are worth the effort.

I have owned a few BMW's and Matt has always worked on my cars from installing hi-end sound systems to doing my remote starts, all the way to getting me hard to find german wheels..I cant not say how much of a pleasure it is to do business with a fellow car guy who takes great pride in his work. If you are looking for a clean stereo install, or some rims or even a custom radar kit install. Do not make a thousand dollar mistake go see Matt for a great price for awesome work!!

The devil is in the details... Dropped off my car at 9 AM as directed for a remote starter install and they promised it would be ready no later than 5 PM and they would call once it was finished. Spent the day waiting before calling at 4:40 PM to confirm and was told it would be another hour. Not impressive. Came back at 5:40 PM and they told me everything was set. Except one thing... they forgot to rewire the car alarm so I set it off each time I opened my door. I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to do that and then again because they forgot to add the trunk unlock command to the new car remote (which they charged me $40 extra for). You've been warned - even with a 60% Groupon they aren't worth it.

Matt is great to deal with at Luxury Details. Had a sound system and radar system installed in my new Tundra and have had a great experience. I would highly recommend having his shop do work on your vehicle.
