My husband & I celebrated fathers day last night at your restaurant. As in the past the rib eye steaks were excellent but the service was quite disappointing. We understand the wait staff was tired as they had started at 10:30 a.m. & it was after 7 p.m. when we were seated. However, in our opinion, we were spending a great deal for dinner. We both ordered 1 type soup. We were given a different soup. Our waitstaff person, once they finally checked with us, fussed a bit about which soup was ordered but promised to replace it with what we had ordered. While waiting for our soup, our meal was brought to us by a 2nd person. We had a wonderful meal. We were never asked if we wanted our drinks refilled, which we did, nor were we asked if we wanted more bread or dip, which we didn't. Our soup never was brought to us. We felt we were getting the bums rush so had our meals boxed as our waitperson was going to get to leave when their tables (us) were empty. We tipped well but reheating steak is not very good. This is the only time we've had bad service but it sure leaves a bad memory.

I was hosting a semi large baby shower there and was completely satisfied with how Carrabba's catered to our needs to make the shower a big success! They let us celebrate in a back, secluded area so we wouldn't disturb any other guests, allowed us to decorate and rearrange the tables, setup presents, and even allowed us to play baby games without upsetting any of the other guests. Patrick waiter) and Marina (hostess) were wonderful in helping me and my party! All the food was delicious and served correctly as ordered and Patrick made sure to keep us all satisfied and happy! Great staff and delicious food, Carrabba's!!

We have been going to the restaurant since it opened. There has been a definate decline in the quality of food. The sausage is different. The soups are not as good. The prices keep going up. Tonight, the only reason we went was to use a gift card. Outback is no longer in business. There was a terrible smell. The waitress told us they were working on the drains. Our food was incredibly salty. My husband sent his back but I ate mine. I spoke to the manager, after the meal. Every point I brought up was pretty much squashed as being incorrect. We don't plan to return.

Don't get me wrong, the food and atmosphere are phenomenal. What upsets me is how I've been going there for years and I've watched them now put less food on my plate and charge more money. Assuming the inflated costs are to make up for the renovations? Either way, we uses to frequent the restaurant, unfortunately we'll be looking for more reasonable places to eat where you get what you pay for.

Not all that great, it is like Olive Garden typical chain joint. I had to ask for silverware and the wait staff couldn't describe the beer, any of them. Worst of all was that there were salt and pepper grinders from the super market on the tables. I could tell the bread and pasta was heated from frozen. It sure doesn't live up to the advertisements on TV. So my partner got a seafood (shrimp and scallops) pasta with a vodka sauce and now today he is sick with the runs real bad and just feels awful, it had to be the food from there because it's about the only thing he has eaten and the timing if perfect for food poisoning. Never going back there again.

I love most of the Carrabas restaurants I've been to. My food was yummy but the bathroom needed a pick up. Wasn't horrible but not as good as could be.

Cockroach in the urinal Went for dinner on 7/31/14 around 7pm. Reported it to the hostess, who acted indifferent, like it happens frequently. No one from Management came to my table. Food is ok, but same as other italian chains. First time and last time. Avoiding it!
