I was hosting a semi large baby shower there and was completely satisfied with how Carrabba's catered to our needs to make the shower a big success! They let us celebrate in a back, secluded area so we wouldn't disturb any other guests, allowed us to decorate and rearrange the tables, setup presents, and even allowed us to play baby games without upsetting any of the other guests. Patrick waiter) and Marina (hostess) were wonderful in helping me and my party! All the food was delicious and served correctly as ordered and Patrick made sure to keep us all satisfied and happy! Great staff and delicious food, Carrabba's!!

We have been going to the restaurant since it opened. There has been a definate decline in the quality of food. The sausage is different. The soups are not as good. The prices keep going up. Tonight, the only reason we went was to use a gift card. Outback is no longer in business. There was a terrible smell. The waitress told us they were working on the drains. Our food was incredibly salty. My husband sent his back but I ate mine. I spoke to the manager, after the meal. Every point I brought up was pretty much squashed as being incorrect. We don't plan to return.

Don't get me wrong, the food and atmosphere are phenomenal. What upsets me is how I've been going there for years and I've watched them now put less food on my plate and charge more money. Assuming the inflated costs are to make up for the renovations? Either way, we uses to frequent the restaurant, unfortunately we'll be looking for more reasonable places to eat where you get what you pay for.

I love most of the Carrabas restaurants I've been to. My food was yummy but the bathroom needed a pick up. Wasn't horrible but not as good as could be.

Cockroach in the urinal Went for dinner on 7/31/14 around 7pm. Reported it to the hostess, who acted indifferent, like it happens frequently. No one from Management came to my table. Food is ok, but same as other italian chains. First time and last time. Avoiding it!

My Chef Salad as delivered was very poor. The lettuce was spoiled and had turned brown and discolored, which indicates spoilage of lettuce and most vegetables and should have been discarded and thrown away, not served to customers. I brought it to the attention of our server "P" who very quickly brought it to the attention of the Management and it was replaced by another poorly made Caesar Salad, which had and inordinate amount of salad dressing applied (dripping) and consisted of nothing but lettuce leaves, but lacked any stems. I also had there Minestrone Soup, which was water an more of a vegetable soup than an minestrone soup you would expect aka Olive Garden style or Campbell Soup or your Mothers. It was awful! I shan't return to this particular Carrabbas again, but will give the other franchises' an opportunity and try them one more time tot see how their food is prepared

I am never disappointed. The food is excellent. Much better than the other place. Bread with olive oil and spices is my favorite. I had the fish it was pricey, oh but soooo delicious!
