Chicken Wings with Sweet & Sour Sauce & Crunchiest Tender Ever

For your Food Friday   !!!

For the Sweet and Sour sauce 

1/3 cup white or rice vinegar (Note: rice vinegar gives better results)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 4 teaspoons water

Instructions

Mix the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce together and bring to a boil in a small pot. Mix together the cornstarch and water, add to the other ingredients and stir to thicken.


For the Tender

3 Eggs
1 tbspn Mustard
500 gr. All purpose Flour
400 gr. Breadcrumbs
150 gr. Parmesan cheese grated
30 gr. Sesame 
2 tbspn Sweet Paprika

Instructions

You will need three bowls.

First bowl : mix the eggs with the mustard.
Second bowl : mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, sesame and paprika
Third bowl : Flour.

Ok, now put the wings to flour then to the first bowl ( eggs with mustard)
and finaly to the the third second bowl.

Now put the wings onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 40 minutes to 175 celsium.
