Shopping at Jordan's was a very pleasant experience.  Sales people were very helpful, but not hovering.  Would shop here again

My first time buying a piece of furniture from Jordan's. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. No pressure and very accommodating. When I purchased my couch, I originally ordered it in one color. When I got home I changed my mind and wanted another color. I called and without any hassle, my order was changed. My couch was delivered today and it was perfect and the correct color!! I also liked the taped phone message I got from Eliot thanking me personally for my purchase. Nice touch! I will definitely make another purchase there.

I recently bought a couch from Jordan's in Warwick and I was very pleased with the whole process. My Salesman was excellent C. Carreiro he wasn't pushy but very helpful and I appreciated that. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he said let me show you what I have and then let me decide he didn't bother me unless I asked him for help. The price was good and I love the couch it is just what I wanted. I was not happy with the cost to have it delivered I felt it was quite high. But not having anyway to get it I had to use their delievery. The delivered the couch when it was supposed to be delivered and the men were very polite and set up the couch just like I wanted it. Overall I would shop at Jordan's again I liked their products and it was a very easy purchase.

On Monday morning, January 13, Ian Moyes responded to an email I sent to customer service Sunday evening, 1/12/14. I was trying to get a chair for my 94 year old mother. I found one I liked for her but couldn't get it for a month and couldn't buy off the floor. Ian took care of getting me this chair and I was able to pick it up this morning, 1/16 and take to my mother. It is much sturdier and easier for her to get up from this chair. Her old chair was a recliner and to low and soft for her to be able to stand up without falling. We are very happy with her new chair and want to thank Ian for all his help. Linda Barboza

my experience so far with Ed Kenyon was a rewarding one. He took lots of time with my mother and me and was very knowledgeable about his furniture! It's gonna be a long time to wait for the chair, 9 - 12 weeks, even though it's made in America, Virginia to be exact. WE are anticipating good delivery of the chair and no problems. Hope all goes well hereafter!!

I originally had a great experience when I bought all new furniture for my new home less then one year ago. I noticed about two weeks ago the dining table I purchased was cracked. I had bought the insurance so I called. They were very nice...the table could not be fixed and needed to be replaced...that is where the problems started...the lady that called me basically said they no longer carried the same table and I could go in and pick out something else. I asked her what I was going to do with the 10 chairs I have to match the table. She told me it was not her problem only the table was damaged. When I got to the store I saw the same table (made by canadel) I asked the salesman (who was very helpful) why they said they did not carry it. He said the item # changed and that was the only difference besides the increase in price. I asked if I could get it for what we paid as our table was not even one year old and it should not have cracked. He took care of that but I was told I still had to pay for the delivery charge of 119.00... I really do not think this is fair. I should not have to pay that. I shouldn't have to have a table replaced less then a year after purchase. The table has been used less 10 times. I am not sure if I will be purchasing furniture from Jordan's again

Our experience with Jordan's Furniture has been amazing! The sales agent (Russ) was extremely helpful but not pushy in any way (a huge plus); delivery men (Tim) were courteous, professional and very nice. Everything arrived in a timely manner (another huge plus). We had a minor scratch on a table that was immediately fixed by expert technicians (within 2 hours of calling them) who did excellent work. I will only shop at Jordan's from now on and have already spread the word to friends and family.
