These lunge variation are great when you dont have alot of equipment and still want to hit the lower body along with some aspects of the upperbpdy. With some of these the core is hit hard, with others its just mental. There is not much science to this but just get it done.

On vacation and must use the tools you have.

Performing the bridge press is in the same family with the floor press, giving the pecs a fuller range of motion, which allows one to develop the chest specifically. It also hits the core, hip, glutes, quads and specific back musculature.

To do this exercise we are adding another stipulation: a ring apparatus, which challenges the bridge press by trying to stabilize the hips while keeping them up, back efficiently on the floor, and feet on floor all while trying to stabilize for an effective pressing movement.

The goal here and why you should do it is to change up your pressing variations to hit the upper body more effectively. It will hit pecs, front delts, and triceps.

With using the Kettlebell in the Bottoms-down, Bottoms-up and regular KB pressing position there are significant benefits to the angles of the chest, triceps and bicep musculature. When holding the gymnastic ring for stability you are building strength in the arm and targeting the bicep musculature, back musculature, medial parts of the deltoid, and the lats.

Throughout the movement, hold on tight, resist rotation and press for bigger and better gains. #gliutebridge #ringholds #kettlebellpress

The Half Kneeling and Tall Kneeling presses are great for athletes. However, when you find yourself on the farm, or without much equipment here is the same exercise, which gives you the best bang for your prograam. The only different you are using table. #pushpress #halfkneelingpress
