I'm an SEO/digital marketing
specialist for Smart Traffic, a multi-award winning SEO company and one of the
largest in the UK.
I started working as a webmaster at the slightly-ripened aged of 23. I was never particularly interested in IT as a kid (pre-internet days, geez, was there ever a time?); it was the love of the web that drew me in.
I joined a small arts and crafts company in my home town as a webmaster. without any web knowledge whatsoever. 4 years later I left a medium-sized business with a successful e-commerce channel, a great online presence and high rankings on the search engines. And I had found my place in the world. SEO became addictive, challenging and rewarding. I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else.
I currently help businesses from SMEs to blue-chips in their SEO efforts. I project-manage teams of analysts, writers, and social media executives to provide services that can never fall short of exceptional. If you've got something good to offer, I'll make quite sure the digital world knows all about it.
My biggest sense of satisfaction comes from the fact that I feel I'm contributing to the zeitgeist: the Internet; the very thing that my generation will be remembered for.
